There is lots of wind here in the Antelope Vallley -- one of the wind effects that we feel a lot in the air is the 'mountain wave,' which happens when the upper-level winds get lifted by the mountains to our west. This weekend we had just the right moisture in the air to get some cloud formation from this mountain wave. The clouds were there all afternoon, but set up into a nice row just over the house around sunset...
